Senior Manager - FP&A

- Provide Decision Support and analysis to Accountable CFO in Functions Finance Operation - Risk and CFCC

- Responsible for the preparing and review of various MIS / Variance Analysis and communicate the story behind the numbers effectively to the stakeholders in the functions

- Ownership of the end to end Budgeting, year-end Outlook and monthly Flash, along with the monthly Financial discussion with the stakeholders

- Be a trusted partner to Accountable CFO in managing the cost performance of both the functions

- Effectively engage with senior stakeholders / business CFOs to deliver a shared agenda of improvements / enhancements.

- Challenge processes in order to achieve more effective processes and efficiency saves to the Organization.

- Stakeholder management and escalation handling.

- To have analytical thinking and understand the business context.

- To action on any Adhoc requirement within the limited time frame.

- Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Collaborate with other functions in GFS to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the business unit.

- Work with a cohesive team to produce the Analysis and Reports in a timely and accurate manner.

- Key responsibilities include timely delivery, robust analytical review of key deliverables.
