Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS

Essential functions of the Job

Provide leadership to FP&A team ( 50+ Analysts ) in Global Finance Center to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving business value, speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will demonstrate COO mindset and provide deep analysis linking business strategy & performance to decision making with the goal of driving faster and better decisions in the areas of Growth, Margins, Working Capital and Cash. You will provide support in developing meaningful budgets and forecasts integrated with core business processes and strategies. E.g. Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Estimate Processes. You will lead a team that evaluates trends & patterns in large data sets to generate powerful financial insights and provides to the business at the right frequency to take action. You will build reports and projections that translate revenue and expense analysis that highlight risks and opportunities to senior management. You will also be responsible for driving transformation in FP&A service delivery towards making this a contemporary finance organization.

- Act as business partner and leverage modern tools & technology to drive ROI and impact business results

- Identify performance issues within the business and risks and opportunities in current plan or forecast.

- Influence to drive action and coach team members while maintaining valuable stakeholder relationships

Must have :

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or Computer Science or Analytics - MBA, CMA, CA preferred

- 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A

- Managed team of at least 30+ Analysts
