Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

BNC is hiring for MNC for FP&A role for Gurgaon location

1. Budgeting/Zero Based Budgeting and Forecasting

2. Monthly Reporting / MIS to senior Leadership

- Variance Analysis, Cashflow and Cost Sheet

- Employee Spend Control

3. Experience in driving Process changes and implementing business transformation Practices

4. Ability to present and conduct discussions with Leadership team

5. Experience of ERP - SAP , Oracle HFM

6. Excellent Excel skills . MS access would be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Qualified CA with minimum 7 years of Post Qualification experience in FP&A preferably in hospitality, hotel or food industry

2. Excellent Excel and power point skills

3. Proficient in planning deliverables within strict timelines

4. Proficient in making presentations and Business analytics

5. Strong accounting Knowledge

6. Stakeholder Management
