Senior Manager - Financial Operations - Retail

- Work closely with New Supply COO org, which includes Operations, Production, SCM and HR functions.

- Understand the existing business process and recommend process improvements based on the industry leading practices

- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste

- Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products

- Track KPIs and report functional performance

- Negotiate and finalize the commercials

- Reduction in cost

- Assist is financial modelling and finalisation of periodic reports

- Define region specific modules and track progress

- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements

- Collaborate with ERP partners to implement effective systems

- Actively participate finalizing Annual Operating Plan

- Co-ordinate with Auditors and assist in Due Diligence
