Senior Manager - Financial Operations - eCommerce

Job Description-

- Reconciliation of transactions with the acquiring banks or payment gateway.

- Settlement Batch Processing - Merchant payouts

- Understanding Process risk and design controls

- Managing Process Audits - Internal and External both

- Co-ordination with banks on existing process and Implementing new products.

- Nodal Accounts Reconciliation

- MIS Reporting - Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

- Managing queries and expectations of Stakeholders - Handling Escalations

- New projects operationalization

Desired Profile-

- Desired Candidate should be post graduate, with Accounts background.

- Must have a Fintech background / ecommerce background.

- Understanding of financial reporting

- Strong background of stakeholder management, communication and coordination.

- Strive towards building better team and environment

- Should have handled two or more managers in the past.

- Should be sound in GAP Analysis (Six sigma preferred)
