Senior Manager - Financial Governance - IT/Consulting Firm - CA

Manages delivery of Financial Governance Strand from SSC as per services defined in the Under Pinning Contract ( UPC) and ensures quality through implementation of Quality Assurance Framework within service delivery:

- Set up governance of Financial Governance Strand services for performance monitoring, quality standards/ SLA defined in the UPC / Quality Assurance Framework.

- Accountable for reporting compliance with minimum standards of Finance Control & Compliance Framework.

- Ensure procedures and effective controls are in place for service delivery and manages new transitions with support of Transition team

- Collaborates with UK Financial Governance team, Global Process Owners, Regional Risk Compliance team to improve effectiveness and compliances with existing and revised financial processes across service delivery

- Ensures Business continuity / disaster recovery plans are successfully implemented and tested regularly with Business Assurance team.

- Identifies and manages risk impacting service delivery, finances, statutory requirement and reputational loss for SSC.

- Assessment stage

- Relevant experience of leading Financial Governance & compliance process for Global entities.

- Operating in international and multi-cultural organisations and Managing stakeholders.

- Finance risk management, control, compliance and assurance

- Data and KPI reporting

- Centralised FCCF control testing, design effectiveness assessments(DEAs) and operational effectiveness assessments (OETs)

- Improvement/development of overall risk assurance framework as per industry best practises

- Flexibility, independence, and initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills

- Knowledge of data visualisation tools including Power BI, SAP BI etc.)

- SAP ERP processes

- Experience of developing and optimising SAP applications

- Shared Services Operations
