Senior Manager - Financial Due Diligence- Start up

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements

- Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records

- Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information

- Ensure proper compliance protocols/procedures are adhered to and applied correctly

- Helping in preparing reports and schedules

- Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA Finance with 6-8 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence

- At least 2 years of relevant experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
