Position: Sr. Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Locatio n: Gurgaon

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Executing and managing projects in Transaction Support practice

- Managing and training Analysts/Associates

- Identifying deal issues and making recommendations for mitigation.

- Preparing data books, due diligence reports, business models etc.

- Identifying and developing business opportunities with Partners & Directors

- Assistance in business development including preparation of pitches, proposals and other marketing materials

- Work on other projects of the Company across service lines

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 6 - 8 or more years of experience in Diligence team of a Big 4 accounting firm or similar

- Chartered Accountant

- Excellent MS Office skills

- Strong analytical, accounting and valuation expertise

Key skills : Accounting, Auditing, Financial due diligence, Financial analysis, Financial Modeling

- Candidates with prior experience of financial due diligence and audit would be preferred

- Ability to work independently / manage a project / lead a team
