Description - As Senior manager - Financial Controls you will lead the accountancy and financial reporting function ensuring accurate statutory reporting, MIS analysis and internal controls in the Mumbai Suburban Region

Job Description:

Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities as Senior Manager - Financial Controls will include but not be limited to:

- Producing quarterly as well as annual audited financial statements

- Preparing MIS and analyses to support the reporting deliverable

- Managing and reviewing the Balance Sheet and Accounts Reconciliations as well as inter-company reconciliations

- Filing corporate income tax returns as well as managing compliance relating to service tax, VAT, FEMA etc

- Ensuring compliance to transfer pricing policies as per RBI, Company law and other applicable guidelines

- Documentation, devising and upgrading internal controls surrounding various processes

- Interacting extensively with internal and statutory auditors as well as managing a large number of internal stakeholders

Profile

As an ideal candidate your are a Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post qualification experience. You are from an FMCG/ Pharmaceutical company and have handled a financial reporting and internal controls profile for at least 4 years. You are an energetic individual with the desire to push boundaries to achieve results. You have the ability to manage the function single-handed and with minimal direction. You have top presentation and communication skills
