Senior Manager - Financial Accounting  We have a job opportunity with one of our leading BPO Client   - We are looking for a candidate with experience into transfer pricing, corporate finance, tax.  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Oversee and review the books of accounts regularly and provide feedback to the team on accuracy of the process  - Liaise with internal and external auditors at the time of tax and statutory audits and manage escalations  - Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure that various regulatory compliance are met  - Review the commercial negotiations and contracts for procurement  - Review all the financial reports and discuss them with the client and senior management team  - Identify and mitigate financial risks for the business  - Manage operational initiatives pertaining to transfer pricing, taxation etc.  - Manage relationship with banks, auditors, vendors, consultants and Group Finance / Group Tax  - Participate in the recruitment of the team members and conduct first round interviews  - Conduct performance appraisal for the managers/assistant managers and provide timely feedback  Qualification : CA is mandatory for this role   - Team handling experience is mandatory
