Client : Reputed Infrastructure firm Designation : Senior Manager Finance Location : Mumbai Qualification : CA with 12 plus year of experience in Treasury, Project Finance &amp; Fund Management Key Responsibilities : 1. Prepare / update financial models to capture project development and operational characteristics including end to end model for analysis and investment planning. 2. Prepare, analyze and present revenue projections, cost projections and support decision. 3. Assessment of fund requirement in coordination with project team as per project schedule. Preparation of capital budget and funding strategy in terms of funds based and non-fund based including instruments like BG, LC, etc. 4. Communicate, coordinate and liaise with lenders for servicing of loan agreement, compliance with conditions of loan agreement ad achieve timely disbursement of funds. 5. Establishing procurement system and tracking of payments, outstanding bills 6. Establishing MIS for funds availability, utilization and gap. Prepare budget - actual analysis, key variances and provide value added reports for management action 7. Investment of surplus funds and maintain adequate liquidity 8. Establishing Internal Financial Control processes and implementation, coordinate with statutory auditors for certification of the same. 9. Support preparation of annual, semi- annual, quarterly accounts and approvals. 10. Preparation of reports for submission to lenders in coordination with project team. 11. Develop and establish internal accounting policy in coordination with promoters. 12. Support preparation and finalization of commercial agreements like EPC contracts, Tolling agreements etc. 13. Establish and supervise accounting system/processes.
