Sr. Manager Finance - With Supply Chain Management Company.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the accounts payable function for all type of Purchase including timely payment and ensure accuracy of those transactions.

- Ensure timely sharing of Vendor ledgers and reviewing any response from Vendor.

- To oversee Reconciliation of Vendors and ensuring collecting NDC from vendors.

- Ensure timely & correct booking of all expenses, including month end provision entries.

- Manage Banking function and ensuring timely booking of all Bank entries.

- Ensuring periodic balance confirmation from Banks and Financers and resolve any open items.

- Overseeing the Customer outstanding and reviewing collection of Over dues.

- Preparing MIS and reviewing the same on periodic basis with proper plan of action.

- Ensures adherence to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timelines.

- Handling Statutory & Internal Audit

- Ensuring the accuracy of data for GST returns & Audit

Qualification & Experience:

- We need CA Qualified

- CA with proven work experience of 5-7 years as a Finance Manager in eCommerce/ consumer durable industry.

- Working knowledge of ERP for e.g. SAP B1/S4 HANA

- Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
