Senior Manager - Finance - Startup - CA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Required to work closely with the line of business controllers, middle office and operations areas to understand the operational impact for the business.

- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing efficiency and effectiveness around Finance function.

- Ensure compliance with company's policies/procedures

- Ability to provide business inputs and domain knowledge for finance/accounting/Taxation to Business team and partner functions.

- Drive planning, analysis, coordination and consolidation of corporate annual operating plan/ budget/ targets/forecasts

- Build analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results and provide decision support

- Prepare monthly consolidated and regional financial analyses as well as deferred revenue schedules by business. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Be a qualified CA

- Strong grip on numbers and analytical bent of mind.

- Good oral and written communication skills to represent company with auditors / board members / potential external investors.

- Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude and strong control mindset.
