Senior Manager - Finance - Real Estate

Requirements:

Qualification: CA or Inter CA or ICWA or MBA Finance

Experience: 5 - 10 years with minimum of 3 years of industry experience (Real Estate)

- IT/Tech Savvy

- Real Estate experience an added advantage

- Having worked in a listed company and / or (KPMG/PWC/Deloitte/EY)

- Accounts and Tax Experience

- Reasonable Job Stability

- Process oriented and ability to work under pressure

Competencies:

- Should have good knowledge on accounting principles

- Knowledge on statutory compliances like TDS, GST

- Should have worked on ERP

- Sound knowledge on MS Excel, Word etc.

- Proactive and laisioning skills
