Job description:

- Lead monthly logistics cost and spending accrual management

- Establish business process to streamline logistics invoice schedules, receipts and vendor payments

- Develop and optimize a business processes for weekly accrual and reconciliation cycles

- Partner with business operations, finance and technology counterparts to build data collection and assimilation of logistics financial transactions

- Analyze logistics expenses for all key delivery lanes (HK, India, US Domestic and ROW) to ensure logistics costs are in line with revenue and margins.

- Drive flash reporting, trends analysis, ad-hoc what-if and business case scenario for new or changing logistics network structures

- Partner with CFO organization for logistics related fiscal period reconciliation, vendor payments, and book closures

- Prepare spend analysis between accrued and invoiced expenses from for global vendors

- Manage variance in unit economics based on fixed and variable costs for logistics business

- Closely track logistics business requirements, spending needs and proactively highlight exceptions for plan vs. actual financial trends

- Be a key voice of reason in logistics investments and initiatives to protect the cost and margin commitments for the business

- Build strategy for cost reduction policies and procedures and implement solutions in partnership with business operations, technology and finance teams
