Responsibilities: - Supervising the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation. - Regularly attending statutory auditors, internal and external auditors. - Interacting at all levels and with stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report. - Managing, monitoring and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting and finance department including: accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and utilities. - Ensuring compliance with internal and external control policies. - Regularly review and advise on financial/accounting processes. Requirements: - CA having 5+ years of work experience. - Having strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making skill. - Having the experience of handling a team. - E-commerce background is preferred.
