Position Description: - Play a vital role in aiding the Finance &amp; Accounts function by developing accurate and reliable financial Information systems, by carrying out extensive and in-depth planning &amp; analysis and by providing strategic decision support to the management, including preparing financial presentations, variance analysis, industry/competition comparisons, new business opportunities and other projects as required by the management. Assisting the CFO with the preparation of books of accounts and finalization.&nbsp; - Support in Budgeting,- Financial- Forecasting, preparation and monitoring of Operating- Plan- and Modelling tools. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. - Providing meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to the management on financial issues and performance (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc including dashboards). - Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely- financial- recommendations to the management for decision making purposes. Work with business operations, and management to generate requested reporting output. Lead a team of around 6. Hiring Profile: - A CA/ MBA in Finance. 7-9 years in a corporate accounting or finance role in the services sector, preferably in professional services like MR/ consulting/ advertising/media/legal. - Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning etc.&nbsp; - Strong usiness focus and record of partnering with business.&nbsp; - Working knowledge of maintenance of books of accounts and finalization of accounts.&nbsp; - Superior written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. High degree of proficiency with Excel and advanced functionalities. Expert level competence in Tally.&nbsp; - Exposure to working with other financial and accounting softwares and packages will be an advantage. Adept at using logic and reasoning to work through problems and analyzing information.
