Senior Manager - Finance - Manufacturing Setup

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Accounts who responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and present them to senior management

- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes including coordinating with department heads to ensure accurate inputs

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

- Participate in the development of long-term business plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives

- Leading and coordinating of the month end closing process in cooperation with the external consultant

- Responsibility for Accounts Receivables & Inventory Management

- Working closely with top management and assist in financial planning

- Preparation of monthly GST & TDS compliance requirements

- Understanding of Internal financial controls to avoid any financial leakage.

- Steering of Risk Management and SOX guidelines

- Understanding of ERP software, such as SAP and related masters and controls

The Successful Applicant:

- MBA(Finance) with 12 years to 15 years of experience heading finance in manufacturing setup

- The incumbent must possess strong Business acumen to ensure strong business partnering various stakeholders across the organization

- Experience building, managing teams and improving processes

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present to senior management
