Title : Senior Manager - Finance

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Preferably 10 years'+ experience in external auditor international controlling and reporting

Role and Responsibilities:

- Closing of books of accounts and Financial Statements

- Review of Balance Sheet, P&L, and related notes / schedule & ratios

- Ensure the timely preparation and presentation of Balance Sheet and P/L dash board for CFO reviews. Publish Balance Sheet Analysis and P&L dashboard for quarterly review based on final numbers.

- Smooth coordination with auditors (Internal & External) for timely completion of audit with no major observations.

- Balance Sheet risk management- regular understanding, monitoring, risk mitigation from preparation & presentation as per applicable accounting standards and regulatory guidelines

- Ensure timely and accurately reporting as per specified timelines including adhoc reportings as desired

- Ensure smooth coordination with peer department's for inputs for reporting and validation of the same at regular interval.

- Manage and further develop half year and Annual external reporting in accordance with IFRS and other financial information of the annual report

- Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of significant events and transactions in the group financial statements

- Ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting

- Manage projects in connection with consolidation and reporting initiatives, lead and contribute to internal projects such as updating the consolidation and reporting software, improving the closing- and planning-processes and implementing new IFRS standards

- Proper & timely coordination with internal audit team for control design & its effectiveness testing.

- Drive for Better Drive Automation for closing reporting to minimize manual processes so as to mitigate avoidable errors.

- Gaining Business process understanding for necessary IND AS & regulatory compliances by coordinating with the respective teams.
