Senior Manager - Finance (CA Mandatory) - South America
1. Review & supervise the activity the local finance team.
2. Review the processing of invoices in Navision (Opex & Capex);
3. Bank reconciliation.
4. Preparation of Monthly MIS & Working in Navision.
5. Liaison with Purchase department ensure that the accounting codes are accurate and PO are raised in a timely & correctly;
6. Review the GRN is done and regularly review the stock to ensure that material issuance is done regularly & timely in Navision.
7. Verify the accurate & timely archiving of office documents.
8. Ensure all financial transactions posted are correctly and in alignment with approved budget and supported with fiscally valid documentation.
9. Year end closure of books & accrual/provision for expenses;
10. Preparation of year end Statutory financial statements;
11. Establish financial discipline and control by monthly reviewing all GL reconciliations on currently;
12. Administration of Company asset information
