Overall responsibility Financial accounting function of the Company

Preparation/Finalisation of monthly statements of accounts.

Preparation/Finalisation of Quarterly accounts

Overall responsibility for financial MIS in close coordination with Factory team.

Budget Planning and control

Financial fevaluation of emerging business opportunities

Correspondence with banks including annual renewal of loans and submission of CMA Forms etc;.

Income Tax Returns, Assessments and appeal proceedings etc

Sales Tax Returns, Assessments & appeal proceedings

Review of monthly financial charges & identification of measures for reduction of such expenses including interest

Cost reduction initiatives

Leading a team of experienced accountants & guiding them to achieve operational objectives

Helping the CFO in Board related matters

Annual rating Exercise of Rating Agencies

Financial concurrence for routine / operating expenditures

Attending to NGI's ( Collaborator ) reporting requirements for monthly, quarterly & annual accounts
