Key Responsibilities: - Leadership, Supervision, and Management of accounting transitions related to AP, AR, Tax, audit etc. - Assist in finalization of Accounts, Statutory and Tax Audits, Financial Accounting for India GAAP, US GAAP. - Sound knowledge of Ind AS accounting and Consolidation of accounts in multi-currency. - Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounting (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP/P2P), Accounts Receivable including Revenue Accounting (AR/C2C), Fixed Assets Accounting, Branch /Intercompany Accounting, Project Accounting of India & Oversea operations. - Taxation including Income Tax (Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax, Payroll tax, Withholding taxes, WCT, Professional Tax related matters, Service Tax. - Budgeting, Annual Operating Plans and review and prepare monthly reports - Coordination with offices spread over a various location in India and abroad. Dealing with stakeholders Educational Qualification & experience required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 8 -10 years of experience. - Solid prior F&A experience in a structured environment, preferably in an IT Services firm. - Good people's person with excellent softer qualities. - Well versed in SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/ERP based accounting software.
