Sr.Mgr Finance controller

Budget & Forecast :

- Lead the annual budget process and ensure all deadlines are met of the group.

- Support/challenge the business to ensure that the budget meets regional targets whilst being achievable with risks and opportunities balanced.

Team Management

- Responsible for Trainings Team.

- Create KPI's for performance and measurement purposes.

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure implement of processes and policy.

- Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory accounting standards.

Customer Service & People Management

- Create a customer centric culture.

- Resolution of Customer Queries as per TAT

- Fund Management

- Ensure timely and correct preparation of cash and fund flow statements.

- Optimum utilization of fund by ensuring investment of idle funds in secured and optimal return options.

Business Partnering

- Delivery of high quality management information.

- Ensuring that business meets it KPIs (include revenue & collection)

- Forecasting and contract reviews along with business case development.
