We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Finance to join our Finance team. This person will manage a team and be responsible for all aspects of finance. This role will report to the Senior Director, Finance and Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing finance, budgeting & forecasting, regulatory, tax compliances, and financial analysis & planning along with ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations.

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Finance, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. His / her responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

- Accounting Excellence: Oversee all facets of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll, ensuring the precise and timely recording and reporting of financial transactions.

- Revenue and Accounts receivable - Oversee and manage monthly revenue close, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and related flux analysis. Also work with the team on ensuring billings, collections, and revenue recognition as per required GAAP including partnering with the FP&A team to prepare revenue forecasts and various dashboards as and when required

- Accounts payable - Manages and supervises the accounts payable department and staff in the organization including managing functions such as maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, accruals/provisions, and project/cost center accounting. Oversee all payment transactions such as ACH, wires, paper checks, and so on. Will also be in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of various types of invoices like general overhead, subcontractor, and employee travel reimbursements.

- Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and filing of all requisite tax returns including for all geographies, encompassing corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll taxes, while remaining compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Treasury Management: Manage the company's treasury functions, overseeing cash flow management, investment strategies, and debt management to guarantee the company's liquidity and fulfillment of its financial obligations.

- Audit Governance: Oversee both internal and external audit processes, liaising with auditors to prepare for audits and address any audit findings. Collaborate closely with auditors to ensure the company's financial statements adhere to accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

- GAAP convergence: Lead the conversion of the company's financial statements from various local GAAPs to US GAAP, working closely with the Senior Director of Finance. This encompasses developing a comprehensive project plan, managing the implementation process, and facilitating the training of the finance team on the new accounting standards, all in alignment with the company's growth strategy.

- IFC / Sox Implementation: Execute the implementation of IFC's Performance Standards for Financial Institutions. This includes crafting essential policies and procedures and conducting training sessions to acquaint the finance team with the new requirements, ensuring they contribute to the company's growth and regulatory compliance.

- ERP Integrations: Oversee the integration of the company's financial systems with NetSuite, aligned with the strategic direction provided by the Senior Director of Finance. This will entail comprehensive project planning, meticulous management of the implementation process, and rigorous system testing, all aimed at supporting company growth.

- MIS Enhancements: Drive the restructuring of the company's Management Information System (MIS) to enhance efficiency and reporting. This will involve the creation of innovative reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide valuable insights for decision-making and growth.

- Transformation Leadership

a. Identify opportunities for digitization, leveraging best practices

b. Establish effective analysis to enable GSC & respective leaders to achieve financial targets & cost savings.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience preferably from a Big 4 background.

- SaaS industry experience is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team.

- Profound knowledge in accounting, taxation, and treasury management.

- Preferred experience with US GAAP, IFC, NetSuite, and MIS systems, all in pursuit of the Executive's strategic vision for the company.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong team and time management capabilities, working together with the Executives of Finance to meet growth milestones.
