Senior Manager - Finance Control - FMCG/Retail - CA

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified between 2016-2018 (up to third attempt)

Responsibilities:

1.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

2.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

3.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

4.Manage and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

5.Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1.Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification obtained between 2016-2018 (upto third attempt).

2.Proven experience in working with Indian business and understanding the nuances of the local market.

3.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

4.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.Effective communication and leadership abilities.
