Job Description :

You will be responsible to drive business growth and support in business development through strategic initiatives, monitor core operations, manage client engagement, will be the engagement lead for clients in managing core accounting, reporting, and compliance function

Description :

- Business Development: You will be responsible to identify, validate and acquire business opportunities. Additionally, managing the business development pipeline and drafting and finalizing content for technical and financial proposals. In order to expand the business and clientele, you will take care of identifying and tapping the right areas.

Operations: As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible to manage client deliverables particularly for R2R, stat compliance etc. Additionally, managing a team size of more than 30 professionals along with SLAs, KRAs, Performance bonus and people development.

- People responsibility : Delegating task appropriately, carrying out appraisals, planning timely pieces of training for team, and working with team to understand key areas of development.

Profile :

- Core experience in Business Development, and Accounting

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting with over 8 years of experience in business development and client engagement

- You should be currently working in a Big 4 or a third party (outsourcing) set up

- Very strong accounting knowledge and should be well versed in all statutory compliances

- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and handling big teams

- Proven track record in business development and winning new business

- Needless to say, excellent verbal, intercultural and interpersonal skills
