Basic Requirements  1) Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 - 12 years of relevant work experience in the area of Finance, Operations & Secretarial areas. Company Secretary qualification will be an advantage  2) Should have independently handled MIS, Taxation, Audit, Budget, Secretarial, Compliances, etc  3) Should have work experience in the financial services sector with some experience in the private equity Industry  4) Should be a team player with good communication skills  Key Responsibilities  Existing  - Multi-dimensional monthly MIS  - Ensuring various Tax Compliances  - Financial Audit (for Domestic & Offshore entities)  - Annual Budgets  - Improving Existing Processes  - Secretarial & Regulatory Compliances  - Supervise routine operating activities  Future  - Investor Relationship & related matters  - Supervising existing and new start-up Venture  - Taking certain responsibility of CFO  Structure  - Responsible for supervising and executing routine activities of Team - Supported by a Graduate (with 7 years workex) & a Chartered Accountant (with one year workex)  - Active co-ordination with various Service Providers  - Reporting to CFO
