The candidate must have experience in setting up financial processes for key business verticals eg. Receivables, Payables etc. The candidate must be in leadership position heading small/mid-sized teams. Candidate with experience of heading the finance of a business unit / branch / factory preferred.   Job Responsibilities:   1. To provide leadership, guidance and professional expertise and lead a team of 10+ resources (incl. CAs) in heading the Sales & Receivables and Indirect Taxes vertical for pan-India operations.   2. Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analytics to facilitate business decision-making   3. Billings / Receivables Management: Billings on clients, Monitoring Receivables Positions, analysis on billing cycle. Guiding his team in ensuring proper sales accounting by reconciling customer receipts with Books   4. Ensuring effective tax management and compliance with indirect taxes, including VAT/WCT for 10 States, Service Tax and other applicable taxes  5. Be the key finance lead for strategic business projects providing financial guidance in business expansion and developing new business models  6. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures   7. Determining financial objectives. designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control   8.
