A leading Retail Client of ours is looking for a Senior Finance Manager with 8-10 years experience in Statutory Accounting and Finalization of Accounts. Briefly, the responsibilities include: 1. Represent organization's financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities along with any submissions and forecasts, including monthly/annual closing reports. Ensuring all statutory timelines are met with 100% 2. Oversee the payable management system. 3. Guide &amp; Enable the Audit &amp; receivables. 4. Build work relations of the team with audit committee and external auditors. 5. Partner with other function heads.Monitor developments on the fixed assets &amp; insurance processes. 6. Responsible for rolling out new initiatives. 7. Ensuring that internal control processes are adhered. People Management 8. Perform the role of a people manager for the department: a. Manage and support recruitment, set KRA's for direct reports, monitor overall department KRA's, conduct performance appraisal b. Oversee team development and drive motivation levels of the team c.
