Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Real Estate

Looking for a hardworking, analytical professional to help with finance and Real Estate. Must be able to understand and apply real estate and finance concepts to transactions.

- A master of Taxation - Managing Taxation and Compliance requirements

- Doing audits and highlighting the concerns, if any to the leadership team in a timely manner

- Adhering to the organization / regulator compliances

- Customer accounting - must have handled in the current / past assignments

- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

- Maintain banking relationships

- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction

- Must be familiar with real estate sector

We are looking for:

- CA with 7-12 years of experience in real estate industry

- Good team player and leader - working collaboratively

- Effective communication skills - oral and written

- Proactive approach - Highlights and resolves critical issues well in time
