Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Manufacturing

We are seeking to Identify Sr Manager Finance for our leading multinational client.

Candidate Profile - Min 6 years in manufacturing company post CA. Only CA 1st /2nd Attempt only

Location: Mumbai

Role :

Provide M&A support role in valuation & due diligence

- Conduct Financial Budgeting for the Group & monitor financial performance

- Provide inputs to management for decision making on pricing, overhead controls and others

- Appraise, review and control Capex.

M&A Support role :

- Evaluate M&A Opportunity in domestic & international markets and provide valuation of opportunities

- Provide support for due diligence and deal structuring

- Support in transaction closure and post closure integration on the Finance & Business front

Annual Planning :

- Prepare annual financial plans for group including sale, material cost,overhead, manpower cost, capex and working capital

Financial Analysis & MIS :

- Monitor, analyze and report P&L, financial data, overhead, working capital, variances in plans to facilitate decision making

- Provide MIS to all stakeholders regularly to highlight cost overrun and savings

- Project profit based on changing scenario related to sales, material cost, overhead and other factors

- Assess the profitability and impact of various pricing conditions

- Prepare reports on competitor analysis (domestic as well as global) and economic analysis.
