Senior Manager - Finance - CA - IT

Client : Our client is one of the well-known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.

Position : Sr. Manager- Finance

Experience :

- 8+ years post qualification exp required

- Experience with strong organization pedigree is important.

- In-depth Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes including International Taxes

- Strong understanding of Book Keeping, Accounting and Close processes

- Require good exposure in Controllership profile

- Worked in Business Finance areas

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : CA Required

Job responsibilities :

- This position has end to End responsibility of driving Statutory & Tax compliance

- Responsible for consolidation, statutory book close and audit processes

- Responsible to maintain and monitor books for various requirements; a) US GAAP accounts for parent company b) Statutory books for Indian Company law/ Indian GAAP c) Tax books as per Income-Tax requirements

- Responsible for all tax, statutory and regulatory compliances of the legal entity- IT, IDT, RBI, IT, ROC etc.

- Translate the Statutory & regulatory changes to impact on business operations

- Collaborate with geographically spread stakeholders to drive common agenda and for mutual success

Other :

- Strong demonstrated leadership, communication and inter personal skills

- In depth understanding of India statutory requirements and laws, GAAP (both India and US) along with working knowledge of India tax laws, STPI, FEMA, Financial markets, etc

- Good understanding of Board Governance processes, Companies Act, etc
