Job Purpose :  - Sr Manager Finance is accountable for all of the finance and accounting operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, financial controls,budgets and Fixed Asset Management.   - Sr Manager Finance will also be responsible for implementation of appropriate control and reporting measures designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with Indian generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.  - As a business in its early, high growth stages of its life, there is a requirement for establishing and maintaining compliance with Indian tax, corporate legal and regulatory matters. It is anticipated that the company will look to raise funds from Private Equity and the debt markets and the Sr Manager Finance will be integrally involved in this.   Key Accountabilities :  - Internal Financial Controls, Financial Planning & Reporting,Maintenance of books of accounts, Financial Analysis Responsibility for preparation of all management accounts and statutory financial reports.  - Responsible for Statutory Audit, Tax and other audits, all annual returns and statutory filings and compliances  - Timely internal reporting as required  - Maintenance of all taxation returns and filings (direct and indirect by state)  - Day to day cash management, forecasting and liaison with CFO on funding matters and manage banking relationships  - Responsible for Bill Passing and Vendor Management.  - Maintenance of internal controls and enforcement with other departments  - Ensuring compliance with all tax, legal and regulatory matters in respect of business operations, from initial registration through ongoing compliance and monitoring returns   - Returns for application and management of equity and debt financing  - Comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings in India. Arrange State and National operating permits and registrations necessary for the proper conduct of business  - Implementation and oversight of all financial control aspects, including procurement, supply chain activity - including customs and excise matters.  - Construction and maintenance of appropriate financial models and other financial aspects of commercial activity including viability of new B2B contracts etc.  - Implementation of new systems including Tally.  - Training and Development of reportees  Responsible for (staff/equipment) :  - Finance team  - Accounting system (Tally)  - Financial reporting and governance processes, including bank and cash.  Other key relationship :  - Leadership Team   - External Consulting firms  - Consultants  - Employees
