Senior Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA - Construction Chemical

Hiring for Sr. Manager Finance with excellent communication skills for one of the Construction Chemical Company based out in Bangalore.

Requirement:

This role would be at corporate level and we are looking for a person with exp in working with Multinational Manufacturing Companies.

Looking for a qualified ICWA/ CA for this role as its at manufacturing side.

Looking for a person with between 10 - 15 years of exp (Less than 10 or more then 15 years of exp would not be applicable for this role)

CTC for this role would not be more than 32 LPA

Team handling exp should be there.(Candidates without team handling exp would not be a good fit for this role)

This role would report to Regional Finance Controller

A bit of travelling(1-2 days a month) is also required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong Analytical Skills(Variance Analysis) Required for this role.

MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting exp should be.

Exp in handling IFRS is mandatory.

Costing exp is also required
