Job description: - The Finance Controller will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. - The person will be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as compliance with government regulations. The Finance Controller will be expected to oversee cash flows, accounts payables and receivables. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - To work with leadership to develop budgets for the business, on a monthly or quarterly basis, monitor actual performance versus budget and report variances to management - To work with managers across departments and external parties such as vendors and customers - To analyze financial results each month and quarter to prepare monthly reports for the management team, as well as quarterly and year-end financial statements. - Financial reporting - To prepare month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - To develop policies or procedures that will improve financial performance - To prepare and analyze budgets - To ensure compliance with government regulations - To ensure Accounts payables control - Cash flow management - Banking related responsibilities Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must.
