Experience: 7 - 13 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manages the corporate finance function- including building the team and providing strategic leadership to the business functions.

- Manages all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Tax & Compliance.

- Manages the preparation of regulatory and statutory reporting and support month-end and year-end close process.

- Ensures local, state and government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Responsible for Corporate Tax compliance and Transfer pricing with support from the company's tax advisory.

- Ensures ongoing processes improvements and focusing on ways to optimize costs.

- Leads and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Drives fiscal control and partnering with business teams to optimize costs.

- Works closely with the India and Global leadership team and builds relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills & Ability

- Chartered Accountant with relevant years of work experience in Captive / MNC setup.

- Leading and managing teams in multiple locations, and directing multi-functional business units

- Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide critical inputs to business teams.

- Ability to think independently, strategically and systemically

- Ability to work in an ambiguous, complex, challenging and fast-paced environment.

- Working within strict deadlines
