Senior Manager - Finance

Job Responsibilities:

- To lead the entity finance team and provide appropriate leadership activities.

- Driving fiscal control and partnering with business teams to optimize costs.

- Decision support for the India business leadership team.

- Treasury functions.

- Ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.

- Managing the audit of financial statements for external reporting and tax filings.

- Partnering with HR with regard to benefits administration.

- Ongoing processes improvements and focusing on ways to optimize costs.

- Drafting of finance policies and operating guidelines.

- Vendor negotiations and vendor contract structuring in partnership with Facilities, HR and IT.Ensure that accounts are maintained up-to-date and required information on income, expense, debtors, creditors and cash position is available at all times to help efficient management of the operations.

- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the books of account and the financial information generated.

- To ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations in the accounting operations.

- Develop, prepare, review, and analyze financial information and reporting to Management on monthly basis.

- Key process owner of management and statutory accounts.

- Responsible for filing of all statutory returns within the due dates and ensuring the compliance under applicable acts are complied.

- Key process owner responsible for ensuring that all the Financial Control Standards are followed.

- Collaborate with other Corporate Services teams like Facilities, HR and IT in day to day activities.

- Collaborate with local and global teams for preparation of annual budgets.

- Responsible for Corporate Tax compliance and Transfer pricing with support from the company's tax advisors.

Desired Skills/ Competencies:

Minimum requirements:

- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

- Good communication skills

- Proficient in basic accounting systems

- IT industry experience preferable in Captive Units

- Experience in using ERP systems

- Previous supervisory experience

Education:

- College degree in accounting

- Chartered Accountant with 10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience
