Senior Manager - Finance - CA

Location- Gurgaon

Experience- 7-9 Years (4 Years of experience in startup is a mandate)

Key roles and responsibilities :

1. Lead Finance & Account team at company level & responsible for the accounting operations of the entity including preparation of periodic financial statements/ reports, compliance & ensuring that reported financials are fair and accurately lead Finance & Account team at company level & responsible for the accounting operations of the entity including preparation of periodic financial statements/ reports, compliance & ensuring that reported financials are fair and accurate.

2. To ensure streamline of various policies, procedures, and controls and ensure they are aligned with the larger corporate/ other entities.

3. Coordinate financial and legal diligence for all funding requirements.

4. Preparation of financial reports, analyzing the financial data and monitoring internal control.

5. Preparation of income statement and participation in budgeting processes.

Note: For this position, Gurgaon-based candidates with startup expertise is must.
