We are looking out for Sr Mgr -Finance for our client office at Guindy in Chennai.

2) Role- Sr Mgr - Finance

3) Qualification- CA

5) Joining- Maximum 30 days

6) Experience- 7-10 years of relevant experience post CA with companies in Fintech/ Media/ education/ logistics/ Payment platforms/ advertising or similar service based organizations of repute

7) Should have handled international operations( APAC) a part from india market

8) Should have experience of IFRS/ GAAP accounting standards

PFB THE JD AND DETAILS :

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US:

- Complete end to end Finance and Accounts management of F&A Operations.

The main responsibilities are :

- Accounts Receivable management including

a. Revenue recognition

b. Customer account recons

c. Ensure no revenue leakages

d. Timely billings to customers with no revenue leakages

- Accounts Payable management

a. Monthly vendor account reconciliation for A category vendors and Quarterly account recons for other vendors

b. Adherence to the Payment TAT

c. Statutory payment & local law compliances

d. Ensure all provisions and ageing of provisions are tracked

- GL Management and reporting

a. Reporting to APAC

b. Timely closure of per target date (WD+4)

c. Statutory and Internal audit management

2) Monthly Revenue MIS for India and APAC management for effective decision making

a. Take lead in working with business managers and be an enabler

b. On a Monthly basis:

- GL review

- Balance Sheet and Schedules review

a. Own various SOP/DTP and work in cross functional teams

b. Business support

- Strategic decision making

a. Policy decisions

b. Cross Functional team

- Tactical decision making

a. Interaction with Internal customers in India/APAC

b. Interaction with External customers etc.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU:

Requirements:

- 7-11 years' work experience

- Chartered Accountant

\- Good understanding of IFRS/IGAAP

- Support Revenue budget & Reporting

- MS office including Good Excel & power point skill sets.

- Hands on knowledge of ERP systems

- Analytical blend of mind

- Teamwork

- Management by exceptions

- Good communication skills (Imperative)
