Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive financial management, encompassing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, and cash flow management.

- Safeguard the integrity of the company's financial statements by ensuring accuracy, adherence to accounting principles, and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures, optimizing internal controls and maximizing efficiency.

- Champion compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting standards.

- Lead the preparation and presentation of timely and insightful financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Oversee external audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure a smooth audit process.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented financial team environment.

- Mentor and develop team members, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and promoting continuous learning.

- Contribute actively to the company's strategic planning initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively assess financial health and performance.

- Support business units with financial analysis, guidance, and strategic financial recommendations.

- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and meet best practices in financial management and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

- CA Qualification (mandatory).

- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance within a reputable organization.

- Demonstrated track record of success in financial management, reporting, and ensuring financial compliance.

- Experience in the logistics industry is a strong advantage.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

- Proficient in financial software and systems, including ERP systems and advanced Excel
