Responsibilities Order Management : - Manage, coach, train and inspire the order management team - Interface with department managers and customers to ensure proper and timely handling/resolution of escalated customer issues. - Monitors and coordinates client call activities. - Supervision of entry of customer orders into SAP as required - Interacts directly with clients in close coordination with the EPS relevant counterparts, and a wide range of company departments to handle a variety of post-sale support functions and transactions directly and through the teams. - Acts as liaison and advocate for clients with regards to resolution of billing inquiries, issues with parts, RMAs, credit claims/disputes, and account management issues. - Monitors, confers, and responds to client contacts via email, phone, and website inquiries. o Provides supplemental assistance to Contract Management, and other client facing functions as required. - Work closely with the EPS management to identify continuously process improvements in support of accurate and timely order management activities&nbsp; - Develop and report to the EPS leadership on order management metrics agreed upon Credit &amp; Collections : - Overall responsibility for A/R portfolio. Manage and motive the A/R team ensuring overall team goals are met - Coordinating between senior management and sales staff with problem accounts reconciling various issues and coordinating solutions - Advise customers of necessary actions and payment strategies; arrange payment plans for accounts with past due balances - Prepare escalation reports for management outlining timelines and action plan - Consistently follow up with customers and follow established escalation paths to Sales, Service, and Business Unit management; negotiate significant dispute resolutions - Strategize with the relevant EPS counterparts approaches to customer collection activities and execute in close coordination - Coordinating all credit management issues on a day to day basis for all distribution channels in a revenue growth environment - Liaising with the Regional Sales organizations in a multi-country, currency and cultural environment - Maintain all internal controls, and ensure that the A/R department is compliant o Driving process improvements in line with internal control requirements - Drive team's performance through coaching, development and regular feedback - Actively support team projects, goals or other activities that are assigned by management o Work closely with the EPS management to identify continuously process improvements in support of accurate and timely order management activities - Develop and report to the EPS leadership on order management metrics agreed upon Reporting : - Ensure consistent and timely reporting to the management team - Reporting on trends and analysis to the management o Enable management to make decisions by presenting multiple scenarios - Actively support BU management for projects and other activities Leadership Traits: - Leads from the front with an ability to dive deep and drive alignment o Hires and develops great people - Strong results orientation and is data-driven in decision making - Values being humble, approachable with an ability to influence leaders and teams across a multi-cultural spectrum and sees that it is vital to success - Passionate about serving customers o Action oriented and hands-on while a great coach and listener Overall Responsibilities: - Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reporting o Coordinate with other departments as needed to improve service provided to customers. - Responsible for scheduling of team work hours, including holiday and weekend coverage as needed. Requirements: - Any post graduation / MBA or higher with 15+ years experience in Order to Cash team - Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - Global experience o Negotiation skills - Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment as well as with senior leadership team members - Ability to provide a premier customer experience - even under challenging circumstances o Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Time management skills and efficiency are critical o This position will require individuals who possess very good organizational, planning, and coordination skills; - Individual needs to be stress resistant, flexible and able to deal with conflict situations o Knowledge of SAP (mainly the Sales &amp; Distribution module) preferred - Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM modules is preferred - Hands on- attitude is a must - The individual needs to be competent with numbers The position has a direct impact on EPS financial results as well as customer satisfaction, as such the individual will be measured on EPS revenue, cashflow and NPS and expect to be instrumental in achieving these goals.
