Senior Manager - Finance - Automobile

Looking for Senior Manager profile with one of our reputed client in Tanzania.

Position: Senior Manager

Job Summary: The person will be responsible for finance, group project and investment analysis, management reporting, budgeting, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Support business analysis by working closely with Finance and Account Managers

- Should have a keen sense of the business side and who can develop new budgeting templates from the scratch by focusing on the business drivers

- Should be able to work on board pack (full preparation and coordination with MD, ED and business heads)

- Should have the personality to deal with business heads/ directors and have an independent mindset

- Travel component will be around 30 % of the job

Skills Required:

- Strong Business and commercial acumen

- Strong project/ investment analysis

- Strong business valuation skills

- Strong financial analyst capability

- Strong Budgeting and zero-based budgeting capabilities

- Strong operation skills in ERP environment including ERP Consolidation of verticals by country / product/profit center

- Development of new reporting portals/ business intelligence gathering/ understanding of data etc

Experience and Qualification:

- Preferably MBA & /OR a CA from India with above Commercial and Finance experience with 10-15 years experience.
