Join our dynamic team as a Senior Finance Manager at the forefront of the Aerospace industry's Engineering and Digital Technologies sector.

We are a leader with thriving locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to be a key player in our finance team.

About Us:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Aerospace organization, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Finance. With three direct reports under your guidance, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end close activities for both entities, ensuring timely completion.

- Conduct thorough reviews of variance analysis, cost forecasts, and P&L, Capex, and headcount forecasts.

- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders in Engineering, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Legal, and HR.

- Partner with functional and engineering leaders for Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Long Range Plans (LRP), and general business trends.

- Assist Corporate tax and transfer pricing teams on transaction-related queries.

- Provide inputs for monthly PDPR/business reviews.

- Analyze and report major drivers of variance.

- Review business cases for Capex projects, including IRR/NPV/Payback analysis.

- Prepare engaging presentations for AOP/LRP review meetings with Engineering leadership.

- Maintain a robust control environment and collaborate with leaders for appropriate remediation.

- Oversee accounting controls and tax functions.

- Manage and lead a team, designing, developing, and implementing medium- and long-term goals in alignment with Corporate objectives.

- Partner with engineering leadership on ad hoc engagements and transaction-related queries (GST, Indirect taxes, imports, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

- Expert knowledge of Accounting requirements: USGAAP, Ind AS (IFRS), SOX, and regulations.

- Basic knowledge of Indian taxes (Corporate taxes and GST).

- Working knowledge of SAP and HFM.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word).

Competencies:

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ethical, reliable, accountable, and a team player.

- Ability to lead from the front, partnering with leaders to foster a culture of business partnership and support.

- Leadership skills to manage a team and influence the wider organization.

Education and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant with 13+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Global MNC experience (including IT/ITES) with matrixed reporting is an added advantage.
