A leading steel manufacturing company is looking for a Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts

Experience : 9- 12 years

Location : Mumbai

Skills Required :

- Coordination with auditors

- Information submission to banks like DP

- Preparation and Review of Drawing power statement

- Coordination and management of audits of the subsidiaries

- Preparation and analysis of Fund flow statement

- Accounting for business combinations

- Support for Fund raising and Bond issue

- Deliver MIS relating to Debt, Interest costs, Net current Assets, Fund Flow etc.

- Preparation of accounting memos

- Monthly & Quarterly Accounts analysis
