Finance and Accounts

- Preparation of Financial Statements and overseeing the finance and accounts function for Fund III

- Work with the internal auditors in completing the internal audit on a quarterly basis

- Oversee and lead the statutory audit, tax audit and other audits

- Proficiency in computation of statutory taxes and filing of statutory returns within the prescribed deadlines.

- Oversee all payments and receipts

- Oversee the relationship with bankers to ensure smooth facilitation of payments and receipts

- Constantly monitor changes in rules & regulations related to taxation, accounting & NBFC norms.

- Knowledge in Ind- AS accounting standards will be an advantage.

Loan Operations

- Work with loan operations team in responding to customer queries, TDS reconciliations, no due certificates, loan balance confirmations to customers

Reporting :

- Reporting to regulators like RBI, SEBI.

- Reporting to Shareholders, Lenders and other stakeholders like Debenture Trustees, Stock Exchanges.

- MIS Reporting to Senior Management.

- Preparation of ALM Returns and various reports to be presented to

- Senior Management and Board of Directors

Fund Raising : Assist the Chief Financial Officer in fund raising
