Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing - CA

Requirements:

- Must have completed CA

- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience post completion of CA

- Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry

1. Taxation:

a. TDS remittance

b. Monthly GST return

c. Quarterly TDS return

d. Quarterly Income Tax return

e. Maintain the calendar & schedule

f. Assist and validate employees TDS working

g. Prepare and provide form 16A and form 16

h. Assist to validate the new tax structure

i. Any other compliance related to taxation

3. Assessment:

a. Handle GST returns through system work as well as any manual preparation of data

b. Assist and prepare data for attend Income Tax assessment

c. Follow-up with external agencies to fulfil the assessments

d. Any other activity related to assessment with tax authorities

4. General:

a. Identify good reputed credit rating Company, assist to maintain good credit rating

5. Insurance:

a. Ensure that adequate insurance coverage is done where required. Select vendors and negotiate for best terms. Ensure on time payment and settlements (work with HR in employee related insurance issues)

b. Ensure periodic renewals

c. Preliminary work for any new insurance requirement

d. Insurance claim follow-up

6. Payments & Receivables:

a. To coordinate with Sales department and get the input for collection and monitoring.

b. To coordinate with RM department, plan and jointly achieve cash discount and effective payment plan for procurement.

7. Cash Flow:

a. Prepare cash flow statements on agreed frequency (weekly / fortnightly) and facilitate assist board to take financial decisions

8. Audit:

a. Ensure regular audits are carried out on time for finance and accounts related processes

- Assist the Internal / external auditors to implement the audit schedule. Lead the accounts team for and audit pass. Get the deviation report from auditors and implement the suggestions and rectifications for Accounts and Finance functions
