Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts In Leading Logistics Organisation

Role : Sr Manager Finance & Accounts

Location : Mumbai, Andheri East

Experience : 5 to 12 Years

Qualification : Qualified CA only

Reporting : Director of Finance

Team handling role

Responsibilities :

- Lead the finance and accounts teams

- Assist in development and management of annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts

- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed

- Preparation of MIS and analyse monthly statements and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.

- Assist in preparing quarter- end and year-end books.

- Lead the annual Statutory and Tax Audit.

- Ensuring timely revenue recognitions in the books as per the commercial closure

- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Notes :

1. Must be CA qualified

2. Must have team handling experience

3. Must have corporate experience- not from CA firms or legal firms

4. Must have excellent communications skills as he has to deal with different stakeholders

5. Should open to attend F2F interview
