Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Role:

- Detail knowledge of IFRS and Financial preparation experience.

- IGAAP and IRDAI Financial preparation and analytical review.

- Prepare Control report & Detail analysis for financials statement.

- Adhering to timelines for closing books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, post passing all necessary closing entries.

- Scrutiny of ledger accounts, preparation of necessary account schedules and identification of exceptional items, if any.

- Handling System development for book closing and All types of IRDAI reporting.

- Handling routine and ad hoc reporting requirements of IRDA, local management or parent companies.

- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.

- Leading Stat and IRDAI Audit for company and drive the result.

- Drive the system development and automation of all manual activity.

- Shareholders reporting on periodicals basis.

- Detail knowledge and work experience of IRDAI reporting and control check around the same.

Qualification : CA

Experience: 1-3 post qualification
