Sr. Manager - Finance& Accounts
Areas of Knowledge or Experience should certainly include the following:
1. Accounting including Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts of a Listed Entity (including that of a Subsidiary) - Thorough Knowledge
2. Statutory & Internal Audit Procedures including thorough knowledge & use of Accounting Standards (IND AS)
3. Effective & justification based Interaction with Auditors to ensure smooth conduct of Audits
4. Custodian & Implementation of Internal Control Procedures
5. Experience of Oracle Financials, Inventory & other Modules (strongly preferred)
6. Direct Taxes including handling assessments (thorough knowledge & hands-on experience)
7. Indirect Taxes - GST (working knowledge)
8. MIS - preparation, analysis & interaction with Senior Management about Profitability, Ratios, Performance Indicators
9. General understanding of other functions in a Corporate Setup
10. Experience in Vendor Management/Negotiations/Procurements/Commercials
11. Check profiles from Manufacturing companies (candidates having exp of working in a manufacturing setup) / Big 4s,
12. Companies having turnover 1500+ cr.
MINIMUM Qualification: BCOM, CA (An ABSOLUTE MUST)
