Position : Sr. Manager-Finance & Accounts

No Of Vacancy : 1

Qualification : Full time CA (Final) OR MBA (Finance)

Experience : Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years experience OR MBA Finance

Age Criteria : Should not be more then 33 Years.

Location : Noida, Sec-83

4) Having good experience of Budgeting/ accounting as well as team handling.

Job Responsibility:

1) Ensuring that fiscal accounting law and "Group" rules are applied to bookkeeping for operations

2) Drawing up financial reports and mandatory declarations of a fiscal nature

3) Drawing up reports and internal analyses and preparing information to be passed on to the Group (consolidation department)

4) Ensuring Direct Tax compliances, well versed with Income Tax Act and Transfer Pricing

5) Setting up amd Guaranteeing proper compliance with internal procedures and ensuring a controlled environment for the organization

6) Leading the accounts team

7) Proposing changes to improve the efficiency of the organisation of work and tools and/or reinforcing the reliability of internal control
